1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bg538 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bg538 website at bg538.net, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions and any related applications or services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the bg538 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

bg538 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address held on their account or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of bg538 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms should be read alongside the bg538 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bg538. Links to these documents are available in the footer of every page on the platform.

2 Account Registration

To access real-money wagering features on bg538, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active bg538 account. Opening duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or phone numbers for the same individual — is strictly prohibited. bg538 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account found will be permanently closed and all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals associated with it will be forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not register on behalf of any third party.
• You must not register if you have previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by bg538 for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS one-time passwords.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.

bg538 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a change of personal details, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bg538 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bg538 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary depending on current processing arrangements.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bg538, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players should consult their mobile wallet provider's terms for applicable daily or per-transaction caps.

• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to the bg538 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: bg538 targets a processing time of 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, unless bg538 support has verified and approved an alternative arrangement.
• Currency conversion: bg538 does not apply currency conversion fees for transactions in BDT via local payment methods. Any conversion fees applied by international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) for non-BDT transactions are the responsibility of the player.

bg538 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, resolution of outstanding disputes, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such hold via the email address registered to their account.

Players may only withdraw funds that have been deposited and wagered in good faith in compliance with these Terms. Funds deposited solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without wagering activity may be considered in breach of these Terms and subject to processing fees or forfeiture.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

bg538 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards via the Earn Money programme, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market.

Every bonus or promotion offered by bg538 is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is live. These specific terms specify the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, validity period and any other conditions that apply. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any promotion before opting in.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or zero. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion's specific terms expressly permit multiple concurrent bonuses.
• Withdrawal of cash balance: Where a player holds both a real-money cash balance and a bonus balance, bg538's system will apply wagers against the cash balance first unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bg538 is committed to providing a fair, secure and transparent gaming environment. • Using VPN, proxy services or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks, identity theft or use of stolen payment method details.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour toward bg538 staff, support agents or other players.

bg538 employs continuous monitoring of account activity, betting patterns and transaction data. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bg538 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the account, void any affected bets, withhold or confiscate account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits such reporting.

6 Age Restriction & Verification

bg538 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus or place any wager. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

By registering an account on bg538, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. bg538 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the account lifecycle. Accepted age verification documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back.
• Valid passport (photo page).
• Bangladesh driving licence (issued by BRTA) — front and back.
• Birth certificate in conjunction with a secondary photo ID document.

Where age verification is requested and not completed within the timeframe specified by bg538 (typically 72 hours from the date of the request), the account will be suspended and withdrawal processing paused until verification is complete. If verification reveals that the account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the payment method used to make them, and any winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bg538 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period (see the Responsible Gaming page for details).
• Legal obligation to close the account arising from applicable law or regulatory direction.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your bg538 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonuses not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

Dormant account fees: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months and carry a positive real-money balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower), applied until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and resumes activity. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg538 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bg538 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

bg538 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible. bg538 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

bg538's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction processed through the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The bg538 platform contains links to third-party game content and services provided by independent game studios and software providers. bg538 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party provider whose games or services are accessible through the platform, beyond ensuring that such providers meet the quality and certification standards bg538 requires of its partners.
